Inspired Action Flower Essence Mist

Let me just say, this is absolutely life-changing. I went from having no energy and even applying for disability (because I couldn't bring myself to work or do anything) to feeling motivated and even excited about life. Today, I cleaned my room, ate three meals, finished my homework, and even pampered myself—all things I struggle with. As someone with chronic fatigue and severe ADHD, with little to no motivation, this is a game-changer for me.

Love but shipping takes so long. It takes a full week and a half to receive not including whatever issues go on at the post office.

I have had health issues in the past three years, and I take several vitamin type supplements recommended by a naturopathic doctor. I am doing hyperbaric oxygen treatments that are bringing back focus, clarity and organization from a concussion. I give myself a light spraying of Inspired Action Mist after my morning supplements and it gives me courage, freedom and lightness. I believe that Inspired Action mist, together with Fierce Compassion has helped me to open to creativity--I am making small drawings during my oxygen treatments, as a practice, and Fierce Compassion has opened my support and love for others.

I love using this spray in my studio while I work! It's a beautiful essence that helps light a fire of focus and action. Definitely a staple to have around! I don't necessarily use it multiple times a day like i would use an elixir, but just a few pumps when I start working make a huge difference in my work flow. :)

This is my go to when I feel like I'm dreading doing some task or procrastinating. It helps me shift into an attitude of looking at how I can enjoy or find appreciation in the task I'm avoiding.

I used it recently with a friend right before we hiked a mountain and as she said "this is exactly what I needed! Inspired Action! I feel like by the end of this hike I'm going to find some movement in those stuck places in my life!" Exactly! Its the perfect helper to put some wind in your wings and help you move past those dreaded or stuck things/places.

Inspired Action mist is part of my daily ritual which includes four different elixirs. So much emphasis in our world is put on doing but all doing originates from the under-emphasized being state. You can't have one without the other just like you have to breathe out before you breathe in. Unbalanced doing is a recipe for stress. I find Inspired Action to open an energetic channel from being (the inspiration) to doing (the action). It's a great energetic support for getting and staying in the flow. Most highly recommended!

I bought the 8oz bottle of this when it was available and it was worth every penny! I haven't used it as faithfully as I should, but I've still seen a difference in my ability to get things done. The scent is also so refreshing. Lotus Wei products have really brought so many shifts in my life since I started taking them a year ago. I am so grateful for them.

This mist has helped me in so many ways and I keep a bottle on my desk at home along with mini sizes for my school bag and work. It helps to keep me focused on tasks at work and my saving grace during finals week for school. It helps to motivate me in my creative endeavors and keeps me focused which gets me on the path to finishing projects. It has made me more aware of my not so great habit of procrastination when it comes to papers for school and I now start them ahead of time with less stress in the end. I like to mist other people Im working with too and they also see positive benefits with their own projects.

Love to use this before starting work, helps me to focus and not get distracted. My creative projects have been moving steadily along since I started using Inspired action.
