Shipping policy

We ship from Singapore. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Airpak Express, from their warehouse at 45 Changi South Ave 2.

Singapore

One shipping method: Standard, with tracking. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. That is an estimate based on Airpak's usual performance, not a guarantee. If your order is running late, email us and we will chase it.

Shipping is charged by parcel weight, from S$6.00 to S$19.50, shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping on orders of S$108 and above, measured after any discount codes and before shipping.

The price you see is the price you pay. We are not GST registered, so no GST is added at checkout.

Orders ship the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the next business day after that.

We deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers. If a delivery attempt fails, email hello@lotuswei.com and we will arrange redelivery.

Outside Singapore

Right now this store ships to Singapore addresses only. If you are outside Singapore, shop at lotuswei.com, which ships to 190+ countries with duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

Order changes

Our fulfilment partner processes orders very efficiently, so we are unable to accommodate order change requests once you have placed your order. This includes: cancellations, adding items, removing items, replacing items, changes on shipping preferences, and combining multiple orders.
