Luminous Chi Flower Essence Elixir

In August 2025, without taking the flower quiz, the jade vine led me to Lotuswei's flower essences and I've been on the flower remedy train since. For me, this blend was the perfect introduction into flower essences.

Since childhood, I have perpetually felt like others were "too much" to be around, highly sensitive to negative emotions, and over-perceived that others were attacking me. And then I semi-consciously wound up becoming a mental health therapist in adulthood, where I am tending to others' "too much-ness" and darker emotions! So navigating the boundaries between others' feelings and my feelings is something I've long been doing, but the process of inner & outer boundary setting had always taken more out of me. I have often had to be hyper-protective of my peace to the point of being a hermit.

Luminous Chi helped me learn how to locate my inner senses of NO and STOP and NOT MINE. Since finishing the bottle, which I took religiously and as instructed, I felt it was easier to be around people. I don't really perceive being attacked or overwhelmed by people the way I used to. I can spend more time in groups and crowds. Work became more effortless, and so did friendships.

A super bonus is that the jade vine is native to the Philippines, where my parents emigrated from -- so jade vine is truly one of my wise elders. I'm working with other Lotuswei flower blends now, but I know I'll come back to this blend again. Love these flowers.

I was going through some very hard times emotionally when I bought this elixir. I was using it for few days , when a person initiated a rather nasty conflict. It was amazing to stay fully aware of the situation, to not take anything personally, to be calm and to not get emotionally involved. Even though the situation didn’t end up in peace, i was able to be true to myself and loving towards another person.

This elixir is a combines four flower elixirs that I have previously used as single elixirs! Since I have been using it some old trauma has arisen to the surface for release, which is challenging but very positive for healing and wholeness. I do also notice dissolving of feelings that people and life are dangerous and unsafe and feelings of needing to hide. Also notice awareness of boundaries and privacy rights and needs. This is one that I plan to use month after month. I have been using it in combination with infinite love elixir which is another that I find I go back to repeatedly.
